How do we approach a small business?

We have a very simple two steps plan to approach a small business.

First step, we call it a "As is" step. This is where we study a particular business' profile to determine which model is most suitable for that business. We make necessary adjustment to the models and examine the specific needs to the small business. It is similar to a "Don't Shake the boat too much" philosophy.

Second step, is the "efficiency" step. In this step, we find out what improvements and what support a particular business needs. Again, our main service is to provide IT and technological support as well as business and marketing supports. We seek ways to cut costs and make improvements.
